Driving record has a whopping 46 suspensions
Take a look at this absolutely terrible driving record from a defendant in one of our car accident cases. The driving record may seem unbelievable, but it’s the real thing.
It includes a whopping 46 suspensions due to violations including:
- Improper passing,
- No seat belt,
- No auto insurance,
- No license,
- Child improperly restrained in car seat,
- Speeding,
- Driving on suspended license,
- Disobeying traffic signal, and
- Open intoxication.
