Gursten, who is President of the American Association for Justice’sTraumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, leads nation’s top brain injury lawyers at the AAJ’s ‘Best of the Best: Mastering the Fundamentals of a TBI Case’ Conference
On April 10-12, I’ll be the course advisor, moderator and speaker at the American Association for Justice’s “Best of the Best: Mastering the Fundamentals of a TBI case” legal seminar in Las Vegas.
The legal program focuses on strategies and tips that both experienced brain injury lawyers and attorneys who are new to TBI litigation can use.
As President of the AAJ’s Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, I plan to use this seminar as part of my continuing effort to raise the bar and help educate personal injury lawyers so that we may better help and represent our clients who suffer brain injuries.
Specifically, my own presentation will focus on rebutting common defense lawyer attacks in traumatic brain injury cases and how lawyers can deal with the gaps of time in the diagnosis of a TBI.
