Bobby and Alison took care of me
By , White Lake June 19, 0015
I had Bobby and Alison representing me in my auto accident lawsuit. I was actually at work and stopped at a red light and somebody drove into the back of my car. I didn't contact them for about 2.5 years after the accident and to me it seemed like I was past any point of doing anything. But Bobby and Alison were still able to help me at that point. That was impressive to me. They were always prompt, professional and available by phone and e-mail when I had questions. Their secretary Colleen was also incredibly helpful. The team was kind and approachable. I was confident in their legal knowledge. It came through in the awesome settlement they got me. I absolutely would recommend Michigan Auto Law because of the way Bobby and Alison took care of me.

I had a warm, calm and understanding experience
By , Roseville November 11, 0014
This is my first time going through a lawsuit. A driver was on her cell phone, slammed on her brakes and I rear ended her on my motorcycle. I had bad arm and shoulder injuries and had to go in for surgeries and now I have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. I called Mr. Raitt and Mrs. Duffy at Michigan Auto Law and asked for help and we went from there. They have been great working with me. Aside from the lawsuit, I've had a lot of personal injuries in my life, like the loss of my mother, and they have been very caring and compassionate through it all. They take time to talk with me and support me. They make sure I understand everything that's going on with my case. It was exactly what I needed. If anybody ever asked me for help after a motorcycle accident, I would have no hesitation to send them to Michigan Auto Law. The experience here was so warm, calm and understanding.

Alison always had my best interests in mind
By , Wixom July 24, 0014
I chose Michigan Auto Law because they weren't one of those firms that advertised on TV. After my car accident, I was looking for information and to talk to somebody who understood what I was going through, and I was happy with what I heard when I called and spoke with Jeffrey Bussell. Jeff got the ball rolling with my case. Alison Duffy represented me in litigation. She filed a lawsuit when my insurance company unfairly cut off my No Fault benefits as well as my lawsuit for my injuries. I liked the fact that she is a go-getter. She kept me informed all the way through the process. I could always get a hold of her by e-mail or phone and she always followed up with me. I knew Alison was fighting for my rights and had my best interests in mind. Alison got me the absolute best settlement she could. I highly recommend this firm. Between Jeff, Alison and her secretary Colleen, they all took great care of me.

My attorneys were so much more - they were like family!
By , Ecorse July 16, 0014
After my auto accident, I didn't know who to call. I found Michigan Auto Law online, which was good, because they have been great attorneys. Bob and Alison have been very prompt, were here to answer phone calls and all of my questions. Now that my case is closed, I'm going to miss them. They have been in my life helping me through one of my most difficult times and I've built a bond with them. They have been more than an attorney. They are like family. Anything I ever needed, I received. They wouldn't accept a settlement that was less than what I needed. Alison especially fought for me and got me the best settlement I could get. I would definitely highly recommend Michigan Auto Law. I've already recommended them to a few of my friends.

Truly care about their clients and their well being
By , Clinton Township July 16, 0014
My attorneys Bob and Alison explained the entire Michigan No Fault system to me, which helped me greatly after my car accident. They went above and beyond to tell me what my rights were. I've had my rotator cuff repaired and two back surgeries - yet my insurance company cut off my benefits. Bob and Alison fought to get them to pay what I was entitled to for my medical treatment. Bob and Alison have treated me like family. They cared about me as a person, not just a number. They are caring and warm, and supportive. People don't understand the stress and depression that comes after a car accident, especially when you pay all this money for car insurance and then the insurer doesn't help you. Michigan Auto Law understands. Any time I call Bob and Alison, they answer all my questions. They didn't allow my insurance company to push me around and tell me things that were false. They have always stuck by me. This whole firm is outstanding, from the secretaries all the way through. Everyone has been kind and understanding and willing to give me advice. They're not on to and commercials, they're not on billboards trying to drum up business. But they're such a successful company because they're attentive to their clients' needs and they truly care about their clients and their well being. I tell everyone about Michigan Auto Law!
