Michigan truck accident case nets $9 million settlement for pain and suffering

The case involved a man who was rear-ended on I-94 in Macomb County by an Atsalis Brothers truck. The man’s Saturn was split in two, and both of his legs had to be amputated. This is the largest pain and suffering settlement in the preceeding decade, according to the newspaper.
