Jordan M. Jones is dedicated to helping victims of serious auto accidents throughout Michigan.
Jordan also handles serious truck accident cases, where he helps people after their lives have been shattered by unsafe truck companies. Jordan has a strong belief that the only way to make dangerous truck and bus companies more safe is to hold them accountable for every injury and safety violation they’ve negligently caused.
Recently, Jordan was part of the trial team that earned the top-reported truck accident jury verdict in Michigan in 2012, according to published reports from Michigan Lawyers Weekly. In the case, a Macomb County jury awarded a $2.55 million verdict to the surviving family of an elderly man who was hit by a commercial truck while riding his bicycle. The insurance company only offered $250,000, saying an 83-year-old man’s life wasn’t worth any more.
I was having all kinds of problems with my back after my car accident and I was told by the people I was employed by that they didn't really care. That scared me because I knew I would have to go to the doctors and I thought I needed some legal help to pay for everything. I was left holding the ball for my medical bills. That's when I called Michigan Auto Law and met Kevin Seiferheld and Jordan Jones. They were very nice lawyers. They helped me understand the law and what would happen with my case. I didn't know about any of this, but they patiently explained and then did all the work for me. They got my No Fault benefits covered and are getting my medical bills paid and. They also helped me do the right thing with my pain and suffering auto case, since I have a workers compensation case going too. Kevin and Jordan are so helpful. I relied on them to help get a settlement and they were there for me. I'm very impressed with how they helped me and guided me though everything. I would definitely go to them again if I needed legal help of any kind.
Knowledgeable and compassionate
By Beth Ostrowski, Romulus May 08, 0015
A semi truck rear ended my car and I needed legal help. I had a complicated case, but Kevin Seiferheld took it without question after another attorney couldn't handle it. He listened to my medical issues and went to battle against the trucking company that was the cause of my accident. Kevin was awesome in the way he treated my husband and I. Polite and compassionate are the two traits that stand out to me most. He explained everything to me really well. He was a very wonderful attorney overall. Kevin was even able to take the case evaluation I received from my former attorney and increase it by five times the amount! His paralegal and secretary were also knowledgeable and compassionate. I also want to mention Jordan Jones. He assisted Kevin with the case and was very kind and well educated in his craft. Even Cyndi and Maureen who answered the phones were always warm and courteous. That makes a big difference when you're having a bad day and you call and are able to speak with people who are polite. The whole team was a pleasure to work with.
I can't imagine going through this process without Jordan
By Elizabeth Lyons, Oxford April 14, 0015
I searched for "the best law firm in Michigan" and Michigan Auto Law was the first result. Upon further research, I knew this was the place to go. I liked all of the reviews from other clients, the resources on people who worked there and all of the information they provided on the law. I was t-boned by an uninsured driver and it totaled my dream car and broke my wrist. It was very scary. I wanted it to be resolved quickly and efficiently. Because Michigan Auto Law only handles these cases, I felt like I went to the right place. My lawyer Jordan really provided a lot of information about what to do and what the lawsuit process is like. He has a warm demeanor and spent all of the time I needed with me. I didn't feel like I was a file. Jordan got me a settlement for pain and suffering that I was happy with. He also guided me through my insurance obligations and vice versa. I can't imagine going through this process without Jordan.
Makes you feel like home
By Katie Koeltzow, Lansing October 10, 0014
I like Michigan Auto Law a lot. Everyone is very friendly. They go above and beyond what you would expect. Just really genuine and makes you feel like home. Jordan, my attorney, is down to earth. No offense to lawyers, but sometimes I feel like lawyers are stuck up. Jordan is not stuck up. He knew I would have a tough case, but he accepted it anyway and helped me as I healed from my injuries. Jordan got me a pain and suffering settlement that I'm very happy with. I thought it was cool that I had a team led by Jordan going to battle for me.
Helped tremendously with my mini tort
By Tim Jones, Grand Rapids September 22, 0014
I filed a mini tort claim for car damage. I didn't know much about the Michigan mini tort and the other people I talked with didn't know anything about it. I called Michigan Auto Law because the website was so informative. He helped me tremendously. He told me to get the police report and that was key to helping me get ahead of the curve. I wouldn't have been able to take any action without that police report. And I wouldn't have known to ask for it without Jordan's advice. It was very helpful to have an attorney to talk everything over with. He helped me understand what was going on and my rights under Mini Tort and No Fault. Based on Jordan's advice, I was able to recover money for my car damage. I'm thankful for his advice.
Jordan is down to earth and always made me feel comfortable
By Jayson Burns, Greenville September 05, 0014
I got along with my lawyer Jordan Jones very well. He was very down to earth with me and he made me feel really comfortable. He answered all of my questions about my auto accident. He always followed up on his word and he genuinely cared about helping me get through this. The pain and suffering settlement Jordan got for my injuries is more than we talked about. I'm very pleased with it. I plan to use Jordan in the future if I need legal help because of the way I was treated.
