There has been much discussion about changes to the Michigan’s No-Fault law, which currently provides unlimited, lifetime medical benefits for people injured in auto accidents.
The Detroit Legal News sat down with Steven M. Gursten – “a recognized expert on No-Fault insurance litigation and is head of Michigan Auto Law, the state’s largest law firm handling car accident, truck accident and motorcycle accident cases.”
