Personal Injury Law Clerk Opportunities

Michigan Auto Law is looking for talented law students

The personal injury attorneys of Michigan Auto Law have a longstanding tradition of offering employment to outstanding law school students during the summer and school year. If you are bright, hard working, ethical and interested in gaining experience in a highly regarded law firm that helps people injured in car accidents and truck accidents, we invite you to apply for one of our clerkships.

Our law clerk program is one of our firm’s proudest accomplishments. From this, we’ve hired a handful of former law clerks who are now thriving as respected personal injury lawyers. These attorneys were highly accomplished students who demonstrated a commitment to helping people, a belief in our civil justice system, and a desire to develop top legal and trial skills.

This could be you.

Law Clerk Responsibilities

Law clerk responsibilities include assisting lawyers in trial preparation, legal writing, legal research, medical record reviews, writing demand settlement brochures, interviewing real witnesses and other important tasks relying on an applicant to possess superior verbal and written communication skills.

In addition, there will be opportunities for law students to attend and assist in real personal injury depositions and trials, mock trials and focus groups, depositions, motion practice, facilitations and case evaluations. We are also one of the only law firms to send our law clerks to educational seminars and meetings. The depth of responsibility is solely dependent upon desire, hard work and legal ability.

Michigan Auto Law Wants the Right Kind of Future Personal Injury Lawyer

At Michigan Auto Law, our law clerks can cut their teeth in one of the most respected firms in the personal injury profession. But more importantly, our attorneys strongly believe in our mentoring program, and we’ll teach you to become the right kind of personal injury lawyer — who practices with respect, honesty and excellence.

If you fit this bill, we’d love to hear more about you. Please call our office manager Cindy Ball at (800) 968-1001 or e-mail [email protected].
