No. 1: AIRPORT RD @ BOARDMAN RD, Blackman Township
Total crashes at this Jackson County intersection remained at 30 in 2024 – same as 2023. In 2022, 2021 and 2020, there were 27, 40 and 29 collisions, respectively.
Fortunately, injuries dropped from 9 in 2023 to 3 in 2024. In 2022, 2021 and 2020, there were 3, 3 and 10 injuries, respectively.
No. 2: WEST AVE @ W NORTH ST, Jackson
There were 25 total crashes here in 2024, a slight increase from 24 in 2023. In 2022 and 2021, there were 24 and 19 accidents, respectively.
Injuries dropped in 2024, from 8 in 2023 to 3 in 2024. In 2022 and 2021, there were 3 injuries each year.
This interchange was not on the 2020 list.
