Our list of intersections reflects the latest car accident data available from 2021 on the top 10 interchanges with the highest number of reported car crashes. The underlying traffic accident data analysis is compiled using motor vehicle accident reports filed by local law enforcement and police departments throughout Michigan.

More Information On The Top 2 of Saginaw County’s Most Dangerous Intersections
No. 1: BAY RD @ TITTABAWASSEE RD, Kochville Township
This interchange has held the #1 spot on the list of Saginaw County’s Most Dangerous Intersections for seven years in a row.
Ironically, even though it is at the top of the list for having the most car accidents in 2021, the total number of crashes that occurred here in 2021 was lower than both 2020 (51 auto accidents) and 2019 (46 auto accidents).
No. 2: CENTER RD @ STATE ST, Saginaw Township
Again at the #2 spot, this intersection saw a dip in total crashes between 2020 and 2021, from 41 car accidents in 2020 to 35 in 2021.
Significantly, the total number of auto accidents here in 2021 was lower than the 36 that occurred in 2019.
