12 Michigan Auto Law attorneys have been named Michigan Super Lawyers in 2019 and 4 have been voted as Best Lawyers in America for 2020
It’s always nice to be able to say something that no other auto accident lawyer or law firm in your state can say. So I’m happy to announce that 12 of our Michigan Auto Law attorneys have been named to Super Lawyers 2019 list of the best attorneys in Michigan. That’s more than any other personal injury law firm in the state.
The Super Lawyers 2019 list is limited to the top 5% of all Michigan lawyers.
I’m also proud to announce that for the 12th consecutive year our attorneys have been voted to The Best Lawyers in America 2020 list, which is limited to the top 5% of attorneys in the U.S.
Significantly, this is based on peer selection. Our attorneys’ inclusion on the Best Lawyers in America 2020® list is based on the fact that they were voted the best by other lawyers, or as the listing states, they are lawyers who have been “recognized by their peers in the legal industry for their professional excellence” in helping car accident and truck accident victims. As with Super Lawyers, no other law firm in Michigan that handles car crash injury and truck accident cases has this many lawyers named as the very best in this area of personal injury law.
On a personal note, this is the 12th straight year that I have been included in Super Lawyers’ lists of the Top 50 or Top 100 lawyers in Michigan. Michigan has more than 65,000 licensed attorneys.
The legal awards and honors are nice, but they are a lot more meaningful because of what they represent. In a profession crowded by too many injury lawyers racing to the bottom, by the legal mills and the ambulance chasers, these awards represent how all the lawyers and professional staff at Michigan Auto Law have chosen a different way. We believe in practicing law the way it should be: as a profession, putting clients first, stressing empathy and communication, and knowing that if you put in the work that the results you achieve will lead to the legal awards and honors like these that will surely follow.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters publication, compiles a listing of outstanding lawyers in Michigan. The organization employs a tough selection process that combines peer nominations and evaluations with third-party research. Each Super Lawyers candidate is evaluated on 12 points of peer recognition, professional achievement and legal excellence.
Selection to the list is limited to the top 5% of Michigan lawyers. “Rising Stars” status, which reflects the legal excellence displayed by up-and-coming motor vehicle accident attorneys, is limited to the top 2.5% of Michigan attorneys.
