Tips for taking defendant depositions in auto and truck accident cases

A Michigan Auto Law attorney presented during the Michigan Association for Justice 2013 No Fault Institute in Southfield.  The topic was, “Taking depositions of defendants in automobile and truck accident cases.”

The presentation focused on utilizing techniques for establishing liability in auto and truck cases through the defendant driver’s deposition. Using traffic rules, trucking regulations and industry standards to discover rules of the road that the defendant violated and that led to crash were discussed.

The Michigan Association for Justice is an association of consumer protection and plaintiff injury attorneys who fight for injury victims and consumer rights throughout the state.
