Michigan Auto Law gets highest car accident verdict in Michigan for 2012

$1.485 million verdict for low-damage collision is the top reported in Michigan Lawyers Weekly

Michigan Lawyers Weekly has named Kevin Seiferheld’s $1.485 million car accident verdict in Macomb County as the highest reported auto verdict in the state for 2012.

The Plaintiff, Vikin Hannosh sustained a lower back injury. The defendant had a $100,000 liability policy limit with State Farm Insurance, yet at the time of trial, $0 was offered. The defense argued at the plaintiff’s vehicle did not sustain enough damage in the rear-end collision to cause his back injuries.
