How to Win Trucking Accident Cases

August 30, 2012 by Steven M. Gursten

Steven Gursten will teach truck lawyers across America about better protecting their clients

I’ll be speaking this week during a special seminar in Las Vegas on litigating truck accident cases. The legal seminar is called “How to Win Trucking Cases” and it’s being presented by the 360 Advocacy Institute.

The 360 Advocacy Institute is a group that hosts legal conferences and seminars for personal injury plaintiff attorneys. The group was formed in response to the pressures and tactics of the insurance industry and to fill the vacuum in education that exists in teaching lawyers how to better litigate in specialized areas, such as truck collision cases.

My partners in the Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable will also be speaking at this specialized national seminar.

– Steven Gursten is past president of the American Association for Justice Truck Accident Lawyer Litigation Group, and was named a Michigan Lawyers Weekly “Leader in the Law” for his work promoting national truck safety.  Steve was also named  a Michigan Lawyer of the Year for a record truck accident injury settlement, as well as the top trial verdict in 3 of the preceding 6 years.

Michigan Auto Law exclusively handles car accident, truck accident and motorcycle accident cases throughout the entire state of Michigan. We have offices in Farmington Hills, Sterling Heights, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and Detroit. Call (800) 777-0028 to speak with one of our truck lawyers today.
