Recent developments in Michigan auto negligence

September 18, 2011 by Steven M. Gursten

Accident attorney Tom James is speaker at State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section meeting in Dearborn

This week, one of our very talented accident attorneys, Thomas W. James, spoke with the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section annual meeting.

Tom discussed recent developments in auto accident negligence with his fellow personal injury lawyers during the conference, in Dearborn, Michigan.

It’s a great accomplishment for Tom to help educate the Negligence Law Section. This is the organization of all personal injury lawyers – plaintiffs and defense – in the entire state.

Tom frequently lectures on the Michigan No-Fault law.
