Michigan auto accident attorney says leadership position allows him to continue mission of educating car accident lawyers to better serve their clients
I am the new president of the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association.
The Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association is a professional association of trial attorneys representing injury victims and consumer plaintiffs in claims involving motor vehicle injuries and accidents across the country.
This group promotes some of the country’s premier legal educational (CLE) seminars for auto accident attorneys. These legal seminars and conferences offer the most current information and cutting edge techniques on going head to head with the auto insurance companies. They also address important topics facing today’s trial lawyer. I’ll be moderating a seminar focusing on motor vehicle litigation and trial skills for attorneys early next year.
Being the president of the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association is a nice honor and I’m thankful to the organization for allowing me this opportunity. I’m also excited by how this role further helps clients of our Michigan Auto Law attorneys, as I’ll be able to bring back the newest ideas and best experts from around the country. As I tell my clients (most of who are referred by other lawyers from across Michigan and the country), lawyers send us motor vehicle accident cases because we’ve been fortunate to recover the best trial verdicts and pain and suffering settlements. But “being the best” is not a static thing. Every day we try to do something to make us better, more advanced, more technically sophisticated or more fundamentally sound in the medicine and trial techniques of motor vehicle accident cases.
Since our law firm doesn’t advertise on TV and billboards, being president of the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association allows me and the other lawyers here the chance to keep learning and improving. Our attorneys have spoken at more than 300 legal seminars educating lawyers in Michigan and around the nation on how to win auto accident lawsuits.
A place as president of the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association will only help our attorneys learn even more about car accident and truck accident motor vehicle litigation, which will help us with our most important goal: Protecting auto accident victims.
