We welcome Josh R. Terebelo, expanding our law firm to 18 attorneys helping car accident victims — despite nation’s harshest auto accident laws
I’d like to announce that we’ve hired personal injury attorney Joshua R. Terebelo. Josh will be handling insurance cases throughout Michigan and will be working out of our Farmington Hills, Michigan law office.
The addition of Josh, of Royal Oak, brings Michigan Auto Law’s injury attorneys to a total of 18.
Josh will work in our litigation division, where he will focus on no-fault insurance lawsuits and help car accident and truck accident victims receive their no-fault insurance (PIP) benefits.
Josh graduated from Wayne State University Law School with Cum Laude honors. He is licensed to practice in Eastern and Western District Federal Court. He’s also active in many legal organizations, such as the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Michigan Association for Justice.
Josh is a Michigan Super Lawyer – Rising Star. Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement, and is limited to the top 5 percent of Michigan attorneys.
Prior to joining Michigan Auto Law, Josh worked for a Michigan personal injury law firm, where he also focused on helping auto accident victims. At Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, he was a research and teacher’s assistant to Professor Steven M. Davidoff.
I have to say, it’s really exciting that our law firm continues to thrive, given the last 15 years of the nation’s harshest tort “reform,” including the most draconian automobile accident injury threshold law. Additionally, the Michigan Supreme Court may overturn McCormick v. Carrier, making it even more difficult for seriously injured auto accident victims to pursue pain and suffering damages; and the tort-“reform” driven Michigan Legislature continues its push to dismantle our important no-fault insurance system.
Still, Michigan Auto Law is growing, obtaining more clients and most importantly, continuing to fight for people after they’ve been injured in auto accidents.
