Editorial in Michigan Lawyers Weekly: What’s best for auto insurance industry isn’t what’s best for drivers

Michigan Lawyers Weekly published an editorial from Steven Gursten, personal injury lawyer and Michigan Auto Law partner. Gursten discusses how Michigan’s auto insurance industry has been taking advantage of drivers by “charging too much money, paying out too little on legitimate claims and racking up the highest profit margins in the nation.”

He mentions extremely unethical behavior by some of the worst auto insurance companies in Michigan, and asks why the auto insurance industry should be allowed to propose unfair changes to the state’s current No-Fault law.
