Michigan Auto Law partner is honored among the top attorneys in the state by Michigan Lawyers Weekly – for his efforts to promote national truck safety
Steven Gursten has been honored as a Michigan Lawyers Weekly Leader in the Law. Out of more than 40,000 Michigan attorneys, this truck accident lawyer was chosen for his continuing efforts to force unsafe trucking companies to comply with mandatory state and federal laws.
Steve Gursten was also recognized for receiving both the top 2008 Michigan settlement (a truck accident wrongful death case) and auto accident verdict (a pedestrian auto accident), according to a published year-end verdicts and settlements report by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
He is past president of the American Association for Justice Truck Litigation Group and currently serves on the board of governors representing the state of Michigan for the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
