Estate of Patrick Nunez v. Utica Transit Mix et. al: $3.9 million, wrongful death truck accident 
A truck driver lost control of his gravel truck after its tire blew, killing the plaintiff. The truck driver, who had a seizure disorder and was on epilepsy medication, had received no formal training or supervision, and didn’t inspect the truck’s tires and brakes.

Barnes v. Cassens Transport Company: $3.6 million, truck accident lawsuit
Three plaintiffs suffered mild traumatic brain injury and back, shoulder, elbow and carpal tunnel surgeries from truck accident. Defendant alleged that as there was very low vehicle damage and that injuries had no causal relationship to accident.

For traumatic brain injury and back and neck surgeries stemming from a car accident.

John Doe v. confidential: $2.2 million, truck accident lawsuit

Estate of Michael Brown: $1.4 million, wrongful death car accident
This was a wrongful death car accident settled pre-lawsuit with defense claim of comparative negligence.

McDowell v. Ford Motor Co.: $1.27 million, truck accident case
For traumatic brain injury in a contested liability truck accident.

Sterbyci v. Moe’s Transport Trucking: $1.25 million, truck accident lawsuit
This was a truck accident with contested liability, traumatic brain injury and soft-tissue physical injuries.

Quednau v. Everest Inc.: $1.25 million, car accident case
Fractured leg injury from car accident that required surgery.

Jane Doe v. confidential: $1.15 million, auto accident lawsuit
Mild traumatic brain injury, contested liability stemming from an automobile accident.

Gilmore v. Secrest: $1.1 million, semi-truck accident case
Damages for shoulder and back injuries suffered by plaintiff in a collision with a semi- truck. The defendant had only offered $100,000 up to and including first day of trial.
