Radio personality Alisa Zee interviews Steve Gursten of Michigan Auto Law on his truck safety campaign: Holding truck companies with bad safety ratings accountable for causing preventable crashes

Truck accident lawyer Steve Gursten is interviewed by Alisa Zee of WWJ Newsradio 950 for his efforts to promote truck safety in Michigan. In his campaign, Gursten found than more than 1,000 truck companies in Michigan are violating federal safety regulations, according to a FOIA request to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Gursten tells Alicia Zee about the defective trucks, that are like ticking time bombs on Michigan roads, waiting to cause accidents that could have been prevented. He also details how he’s working with other truck accident lawyers to hold these companies accountable and make the roads and highways safer.

Here’s a blog about the WWJ Newsradio interview: Staggering number of dangerous trucks is only the tip of the iceberg
