Auto accident attorney says many plaintiffs lawyers steer clear of service, but realize it may be necessary in desperate times
Steve Gursten is interviewed by Michigan Lawyers Weekly on the merits of lawsuit funding. The auto accident lawyer says he doesn’t like lawsuit funding companies or what they charge, but he can appreciate them: “Funding companies can prevent auto insurance companies from getting away with settling car accident cases for pennies on the dollar by taking advantage of plaintiffs’ crushing financial pressures.”
