In this case, the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled a driver – who was severely injured when her car collided with a Corvette that had spun out on a slippery road – was entitled to the full $1 million jury verdict she received for economic damages. Lawrence Gursten was one of the plaintiff’s trial attorneys, as well as Steven Gursten and Leonard Koltonow.
