Gursten, who handles car accident cases for the elderly, said that personal injury attorneys must first realize that such cases are different and challenging; especially since attorneys “are asking a more conservative jury pool to award large pain and suffering verdicts for plaintiffs who are less active and with only a few years left to enjoy.”
