Michigan Lawyers Weekly interviews personal injury attorney Steven M. Gursten on whether it’s possible to collect large verdicts and settlements for elderly plaintiffs.

Gursten, who handles car accident cases for the elderly, said that personal injury attorneys must first realize that such cases are different and challenging; especially since attorneys “are asking a more conservative jury pool to award large pain and suffering verdicts for plaintiffs who are less active and with only a few years left to enjoy.”
