Legal Experience
Derek began his legal career representing patients injured as a result of medical malpractice by doctors and hospitals. Transitioning into auto negligence litigation, Derek has been recognized on both the plaintiff and defense sides of auto accident litigation. He also has considerable appellate success, arguing in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He now focuses entirely on fighting for full justice for the victims of negligent and careless drivers.
