Dave: Truck Accident Victim The law firm represented a friend of mine a few years back. She recommended this law firm to me. I walked in here telling him how much I hated attorneys and what they've done to me and how dissatisfied I was with the one that I currently had and he took at least four hours with me in less than one day's notice and made me feel very comfortable. He was honest. His integrity, perfect. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, which I did not with the attorney I currently had when I came to see Mr. Gursten. Larry and Steve and Laurie made me feel as though I was their only client. Every time I asked them a question, it was not "I'll get back to you." They had the answers immediately. Mr. Gursten returned my phone call on a weekend from a golf course while he was golfing on a voice‑mail I left for him with a question. They took all of my calls, and the calls they did not take they got back to me usually within an hour. The response was off the charts. They explained what was gonna happen with my case, when in layman's terms, in terms that I could understand. No legal mumbo jumbo. And everything they said did turn out as they explained to me. There were no surprises whatsoever. They were above expectations. I would absolutely recommend them and I have, without question.
