Michigan auto accident lawsuit settles for $980K

Auto insurance company added as defendant in car accident case

Personal injury lawyer Steven M. Gursten is featured in Michigan Lawyers Weekly for his $980,000 car accident settlement. In Ruel v. Radosavac, the defendant struck the plaintiff head-on as she was driving through an intersection; causing multiple personal injuries, including fractures and surgeries to her legs. The matter settled in Oakland County Circuit Court with $960,000 allocation of fault to Travelers Insurance and $20,000 policy limit to AAA.
