WNEM Saginaw news recently interviewed Steven Gursten and his client Angela Haynes for a story on the dangers of construction zone crashes. Angela was rear-ended in a serious construction accident that nearly killed her.
Reporter Craig McMorris wanted to know if the Michigan law for driving in construction zones is safe and effective.
Gursten told McMorris that more motorists are actually injured in highway construction crashes than workers, because drivers drivers do not correctly judge speed and following distance when they have to abruptly slow down and stop for the construction workers and the orange cones.
