Attorney Steven Gursten of Michigan Auto Law weighs in on No Fault “reform” and fraud

Bridge Magazine’s Nancy Derringer interviewed Steven Gursten of Michigan Auto Law on the No Fault “reform” debate that continues in Michigan.

Gursten explained a recent proposal, SB 248:

To put it simply, those who care for the most injured would see their compensation capped, and medical expenses would be paid on an average, not actual basis, which attorney Steven Gursten, who blogs on the topic regularly, called “a gift to car insurance companies.”
