MICHIGAN TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION (MTLA)
MICHIGAN LAWYERS HELPING PEOPLE

The mission of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA) is to help Michigan families seek justice when they are injured by an unsafe product, drunk driver or by another person's negligence. The attorneys at Michigan Auto Law are well-respected members and leaders of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA). Robert M. Raitt of Michigan Auto Law currently serves as MTLA’s President.

Many of the auto accident attorneys of Michigan Auto Law have been invited to serve as panel experts, moderators and featured speakers to share their expertise in handling auto accident cases with Michigan lawyers throughout the state. Steven M. Gursten most recently served as Speaker & Panel Member for, "Kreiner Year Two: Fighting Back” Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA), 2006.

Every day MTLA members work to promote safety for all Michigan citizens by standing up for accountability and responsibility. MTLA also offers information to serve consumers, including consumer news and public education.

Steve was selected after winning a $9 million dollar pain and suffering settlement for one of his clients - the largest settlement for pain and suffering in Michigan in over ten years.
