Ian Freed Ian was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in November, 2000. He began his legal work as a defense attorney at Secrest, Wardle, Lynch, Hampton, Truex & Morley where he handled hundreds of cases. Ian has experience practicing in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes. Ian has never lost a trial yet, receiving favorable results on behalf of all his clients. His undergraduate studies were at Michigan State University where he received a B.A. in 1996. He received his law degree from University of Detroit-Mercy in 2000. He is a current member of many legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association and Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he has acted as a moderator and a participant at various seminars involving No-Fault Law and closed head injury.		Ian recently joined Gursten, Koltonow, Gursten, Christensen & Raitt, P.C. in August, 2003. He has made the decision to focus his practice in helping the injured and to no longer represent insurance companies. His vast experience working hand-in-hand with various insurance companies has provided great benefits to his current clients.
