David has been recognized as an expert in issues related to trying close head injury cases and psychiatric injury cases. He obtained what was, at the time, the largest jury verdict ever rendered in a Michigan case involving a purely psychiatric injury from an accident. David has lectured at seminars and authored articles concerning trial technique. | | | | | David joined our firm as a trial attorney in 1992. He came to us from Honigman, Miller, Schwartz, and Cohn, one of Michigan's largest and most prestigious firms. Steve was selected after winning a $9 million dollar pain and suffering settlement for one of his clients - the largest settlement for pain and suffering in Michigan in over ten years.
