4. Insurer of the operator of the vehicle occupied at the time of the car accident,
5. Michigan Assigned Claims Facility (ACF). The State of Michigan established the Assigned Claims Plan to provide financial help to people injured in uninsured auto accidents, or who have no auto insurance coverage of their own.
