As you consider the crossings discussed above and delve into the details below, please keep in mind that our list of interchanges with the most auto accidents includes “total motor vehicle crashes” – meaning the combined total of property-damage-only, injury and fatality collisions.
We would like to sincerely thank the Michigan State Police for their help in our mission of preventing auto accidents in these spots.
No. 1: Euclid Avenue and Wilder Road – Bangor Township
The Bay County intersection with the most car accidents in 2015 is busy Euclid Avenue that runs north and south through Bangor Township. This intersection was No. 1 on our list last year as well. Significantly, five of the top 10 intersections on the list are along Euclid Avenue. Contributing factors, no doubt, include the high-traffic volumes that result from the many retail businesses and restaurants in the area.
No. 2: Euclid Avenue and Thomas Street – Bangor Township/Bay City
The crossroads with the second highest number of motor vehicle accidents in 2015 was the intersection along the I-75 business corridor leading in and out of downtown Bay City. Please use caution in these congested areas.

And our lawyers would like to hear from you! Do you drive through any of these intersections in your daily commute? Why do you think there are so many accidents?
