“How a Grand Rapids car accident attorney helped me”

July 29th, 2011

Testimonial from a car accident victim and  Michigan Auto Law client

I’d like to share a testimonial from someone we helped from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Chuck was injured in a bad car accident, and had a difficult time finding an attorney  who specialized in auto accident lawsuits and No-Fault insurance.

Chuck lives very close to our Grand Rapids law office, and we were quickly able to meet with him and get his No-Fault benefits up to date and help him in his case against the insurance company of the driver who injured him. Here’s what he had to say:

“Truly propaganda by the Michigan insurance companies” says car accident victim

No-Fault insurance lawyer explains that numbers of car accident lawsuits drop while auto insurance rates rise

I received a thoughtful comment from another reader of our Michigan Auto Lawyers Blog. TomH was responding to An Adrian, Michigan car accident victim’s right to bring a personal injury lawsuit, where I discussed my partner David Christensen’s Lenawee County trial for an auto accident case, and how a recent news article garnered many anti-consumer comments. These comments covered a car accident victim’s right to bring a personal injury lawsuit and recover money for pain and suffering due to another person’s negligence.

“I never expected such kindness from a truck accident law firm in Michigan”

Grand Rapids truck accident victim talks about her experience after being hit by a semi, and how her lawyers helped her after her truck accident

Below is a testimonial from one my  clients, Tammy Hutchison. Tammy is from Grand Rapids, MI, and was hurt in a  truck accident. I  hope this will help other truck accident victims feel comfortable with speaking with a lawyer. It’s OK  to just ask questions about how to protect yourself, or insurance coverage and how insurance works after a truck accident. I always say I’d so much rather someone take a few minutes to make sure things are correct, than make a mistake that can impact important legal rights.

The IME and insurance company abuse in Michigan continues…

Reader shares story about being told nothing is wrong - despite serious spinal injury from truck accident - and having his No-Fault benefits stopped

I recently received yet another comment from a reader who has been mistreated by his auto insurance company following a truck accident. As an attorney who deals with auto insurance companies on a daily basis, I’m all too familiar with the tactics and tricks they use to avoid responsibility for providing the insurance benefits they’re legally obligated to pay. But I don’t need to go into detail. Take a look below. “Pete’s” experience speaks for itself.

Auto accident victim reaches out about insurance medical examiner (IME) abuse

“Hopefully…. insurance companies get hit hard for this abuse”

An auto accident victim named “Aron” contacted me about one of my many blog posts on insurance company IME doctors ruining Michigan’s No-Fault insurance system. Aron told me that he’s unfortunately experiencing exactly what I wrote about.

Here’s what he said:

Steven,

Real people, real stories: Testimonial about a “life-altering car accident” in Michigan

November 3rd, 2010

I’d like to share a testimonial from one of my clients, Cheryl Verdun. Cheryl and her husband Bob live in Taylor, Michigan. Cheryl was rear-ended in a car accident, and injured badly.

In her video, Cheryl discusses her experiences after her crash, dealing with her personal injuries and how her attorneys here were able to support and protect her.  She also discusses her car accident settlement, which was able to provide for her after her injuries.

Here’s what Cheryl says:

Want to stop preventable truck accidents? “Every trucking company should drug test their drivers without notice…”

Reader comments that drug testing stops truck accidents in Michigan

Our truck accident lawyers have gotten more feedback from our many discussions about truckers and substance abuse. This reader preferred to remain anonymous, but she had some great points as far as regulating drug testing and truck drivers who decide to break the law. She was responding to our blog, “200,000 truck drivers suspected of using drugs and alcohol.”

Here’s what she had to say:

“Mazes and loopholes” by Michigan auto insurance companies

Injured auto accident victim responds to personal injury attorney’s top 10 list of worst auto insurance companies by sharing her story of insurance abuse

This week, a reader named Kimberly contacted me after reading one of our most popular blogs: 10 worst auto insurance companies in Michigan. Unfortunately, Kimberly - like countless other accident victims and Michigan residents - is struggling to receive her No-Fault benefits following her car accident.

Here’s what Kimberly had to say:

“Pass this on to any auto accident victim in Michigan”

“Democratic News” website talks about restoring rights of car accident victims after Michigan Supreme Court ruling McCormick v. Carrier

From time to time, I try to share the posts of real people affected by car accidents, IME doctors or No- Fault insurance. These blogs include posts from real accident victims I’ve been able to help and observations from people - some clients, some not - about how they’ve been treated by auto insurance companies or a claims adjuster, etc.

“My truck accident lawyer found more insurance after my girlfriend was killed in a Michigan truck crash”

September 8th, 2010

Real client tells of his experience after the tragic wrongful death of his girlfriend, and how an experienced truck accident lawyer was able to find all of the insurance to protect her family

Below is a testimonial from Tony Harris in his own words. The most important thing that I tell clients and personal injury lawyers alike is that a truck accident is different from a car accident.
