In one state? That is just incredbile. Although I have to wonder how many phantom deer cases actual deer are involved. My nephew in fact just a few months ago was in a single car accident where a "deer" came out in the middle of the road. This is a great blog, I've added it to my favorities. 60,000! In one state?
