Michigan Property Damage Claim

Michigan law includes a provision for minimum property damage protection. When shopping for insurance you must purchase a policy that will pay up for damage you might cause to property such as buildings, fences and properly parked cars. This coverage, unless you pay extra for collision insurance, does not cover your own vehicle damage. This particular coverage also doesn’t protect you if the auto accident occurs outside of Michigan.

If you have been in an auto accident in Michigan and need an auto accident attorney, please contact one of our Michigan automobile lawyers and let them help you get the settlement that you deserve. Our Attorneys have had years of experience in auto law and know how to help you with your Michigan property damage claim.
